Moving your subscription from iTunes to the CBT Nuggets website

If you signed up for your CBT Nuggets subscription through the iOS app, your billing is being managed by iTunes. This means you can’t switch to one of our more flexible subscription plans or add learners to your account unless you move your subscription from iTunes to CBT Nuggets.

Moving your subscription is easy, and it gives you the flexibility to manage your plan and learners. Just follow the instructions below to cancel your CBT Nuggets subscription in iTunes, and then reactivate it on our website.

Important note: You may need to wait for your iTunes subscription to run out before you can subscribe again through the CBT Nuggets website. If you have questions, please contact Learner Support.

Step 1: Cancel your subscription in iTunes

To cancel your subscription in iTunes on your Mac:

  1. In iTunes, go to the Account menu.
  2. Choose View My Account.
  3. Under Settings, find Subscriptions, and click the Manage link next to it.
  4. Next to your CBT Nuggets subscription, click Edit.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions in Step 2 (below) to reactivate your subscription.

To cancel your subscription in iTunes from your iPhone:

  1. Tap the settings icon on the iPhone.
  2. Tap Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store settings (the first option in settings).
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  4. Tap your Apple ID.
  5. In the modal, tap View Apple ID.
  6. Enter your Apple ID password.
  7. Tap Subscriptions.
  8. Tap CBT Nuggets.
  9. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  10. Follow the instructions in Step 2 (below) to reactivate your subscription.

Step 2: Reactivate your subscription on the CBT Nuggets website

Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription on the CBT Nuggets website:

  1. Sign in to the CBT Nuggets website.
  2. Go to My Account > Subscription.
  3. Under Payment, click Change payment method.
  4. Enter a credit card or choose PayPal for payment. 

Once your subscription is active on the CBT Nuggets website, you can easily change your subscription terms under Payment, or adjust the number of team members on your account by going to Manage Learners.
