Trouble Redeeming CBT Nuggets Training Codes? (Internet Explorer)

If you attempt to redeem a CBT Nuggets Training code in Internet Explorer but the website/browser appears to not be responding, please ensure that you add to compatibility view in your browser per the following instructions:

Launch Internet Explorer and browse to the code redemption page that was provided to you by CBT Nuggets or your CBT Nuggets Site Administrator. Click on "Tools" (Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the browser) and select "Compatibility View Settings".  In the Compatibility View Settings window ensure that the "Add this website" field displays, if not then please enter, in the field and click the Add button. You should then see "" listed in the "Websites you've added to Compatibility View:" field.  From here, click on the close button and attempt to redeem your code again.
