Changing your billing cycle

You can easily change your billing cycle to switch from monthly to annual or annual to monthly billing within the Subscription section of your account. 

Change your billing cycle for auto-renewal

If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you can change your billing cycle for your upcoming renewal ahead of your renewal date.

1. Sign in to your CBT Nuggets account 
2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the site
3. Look for the Billing Cycle section on your Subscription page
4. Click Edit Billing Cycle
5. Select either Monthly or Annually from the dropdown next to Billing Cycle 
6. Click Change billing cycle 
7. Your billing cycle will be updated on your upcoming renewal date

Change your billing cycle when reactivating 

If your subscription has lapsed and you want to reactivate it with a different billing cycle than you had previously, you can select your billing cycle while reactivating. 

1. Sign in to your CBT Nuggets account 
2. Click Reactivate Subscription from the pop-up message you see upon signing in or click Upgrade Account from the banner at the top of the page
3. Look for the Billing Cycle section on your Subscription page
4. Click Upgrade
5. Select either Monthly or Annually from the dropdown next to Billing Cycle 
6. Click Reactivate 
7. Your subscription will begin immediately with the billing cycle you've selected.

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, you can manage auto-renew in your account at any time.
