When reactivating your subscription, you can easily change your billing cycle from monthly to annual or annual to monthly billing.
Change your billing cycle when reactivating
If your subscription has lapsed and you want to reactivate it with a different billing cycle than you had previously, you can select your billing cycle while reactivating.
- Sign in to your CBT Nuggets account
- Click on your Organization icon from the left pane
- Select Purchases
- Click the Ellipisis for More Actions from the upper right corner of your Subscription card
- Update payment method if needed
- Select Reactivate Subscription - here you can select a Monthly or Yearly billing cycle and select your team size
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, you can manage auto-renew in your account at any time.
Note: You can not currently edit your billing cycle for an auto-renewal. Please contact us for assistance or turn off auto-renew and reactivate with your desired subscription terms after your current term ends.
