You access your CBT Nuggets subscription from the Adept platform. Your Adept password is case-sensitive and must include:
- at least 8 characters
- at least 1 letter
- at least 1 number
Please keep in mind that spaces are not allowed in passwords.
If your account is inactive for 90 days, with no active subscription and no access, we will reset your password to keep your account secure.
You may reset your password at any time using the Forgot Password link from our sign-in page.
If you're signed in to your account and would like to change your password, you can do so from the Security page in your Account Settings. Simply enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password and select Update.
