Account owners and Billing Admins can reactivate subscriptions within their accounts. You can choose how many licenses you need and which subscription term you prefer while reactivating.
- Select your Organization Icon from the left side of the page
- Select Billing
- Add or update your payment method, if needed.
- Select Manage Billing from your subscription card.
- Click on the ellipsis for More Actions and then select Reactivate Subscription.
- Select your Billing Cycle and Team Size and click Reactivate.
