Collection of GST for learners in India
On July 1, 2017, the Ministry of Finance in India passed the foreign resident GST Tax requirement to impose a flat rate GST Tax on specific goods or services. CBT Nuggets' product has been determined to fall in the class of OIDAR (Online Information Database Access And Retrieval) by both our accounting firm and the Ministry of Finance.
Effective June 28, 2021, CBT Nuggets began the collection of GST taxes from all customers in the country of India.
